Customer Service Agent Bilingual
Join the world leading shoe retailer Communication Center team! We are searching for the bilingual speakers for the Customer Service team of the world leading shoe retailer and manufacturer in the external call center. Languages that we speak are English, French, German and Italian. You should speak and write one of these languages as a native speaker and have a good knowledge of one another language at least.
Job responsibilities:
- Providing excellent service to the customers via email and telephone
- Handling inbound calls and emails, answering customer questions
- Providing the appropriate solution based on customer needs
- Providing the appropriate solution based on customer needs
- Documenting all contacts, verifying customer contact information, reason for call, and resolution
- Promote company image through professional service and actions
Requirements:
- One of the languages (English, French, German, Italian) native speaker is a must
- Second language knowledge is a must, English prefered
- More than two languages knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
