The company has been represented both in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.Cortex administers the loyalty club for this client. This loyalty club currently includes over 45,000 members.
One of the many activities of the Blažek club is regular sending of an e-mail newsletter in both languages of the aforementioned countries. Every month the club members receive information about current collections, news, club actions or bargains. Before sending the e-mail, it is graphically and textually modified and the text is translated and proofread.
Some time after sending, the email response is evaluated and an impact assessment on the behaviour of the target group and consecutively its contribution for the client is made. This piece of information is used for planning and realization of further campaigns.
