Lindab loyalty program is a unique B2B program focused on tinsmiths. An interesting facet of this program is that the company does not have its own premises and the customer takes part in this program in the Lindab partners´ shops.
This program works in two fields. The first one is a loyalty program for customers and this works on the principle of collection of points which are credited to the loyalty cards.
The second field is the loyalty program focussed on partner shops.
Administration of both parts of the program is the task for CORTEX.
