We have been working for Bata since 1999; in 2004 we expanded our services to Slovakia and in 2006 to Poland. In 2011 we were chosen for operating outsourced services for the following European countries: Italy, France, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Holland. In particular, our service (to these countries) consists in dealing with telephone and email enquiries, and with a wide range of issues concerning e-shopping such as stock availability, tracking and fulfilment of orders, and complaints.
